About the New Book

From Design Thinking to Leadership is grounded in my doctoral research and on interviews with registered architects across Canada and the United States. It is a qualitative study and professional guide that examines how architects develop leadership capacity through the iterative, human‑centered practices of design. The book shows how phases of Design Thinking shape real leadership behaviors such as framing problems, guiding teams, navigating ambiguity, and facilitating collaborative decision‑making. It is ideal for professionals and students interested in Architecture, Design Thinking, or Organizational Leadership.

A companion workbook series is in development. These workbooks will translate the research into practical tools and guided exercises for leaders and teams who want to apply Design Thinking, narrative strategy, and systems stewardship within their own organizations.
